Job Summary

  • We are seeking for Community Health Extension Workers, to work as Customer Service Assistants, who will engage customers on a daily basis in the facility both In-Patient and Out-Patient, interacting with them in a view of getting to know their experiences and ensure their customer expectations are met in line with the organization’s standards. Ensuring patient’s satisfaction.

Key Result Areas (KRA)
The key result areas of this role are:

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure patients satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and give appropriate responses.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department.
  • To communicate and sell Lily services to clients within the facility.
  • Collaborate with other teams to serve customers appropriately.
  • Ensure patients waiting time is reduced to its nearest minimum.
  • Visit the wards daily to engage patients on their experiences to ensure optimum satisfaction of services is achieved.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Certification in Community Health Extension Worker and licensed to practice with the professional body
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector precisely the Hospital sector.
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in Microsoft skills.
