Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all client service requests, including those for relocation, hardware replacement, hardware installation, Wi-Fi extension, and updates.
  2. All service requests should be coordinated with the appropriate parties.
  3. Cost estimates and suggestions in response to consumer requirements
  4. Monitoring the progress of projects.
  5. Fill out, update, and properly distribute various service delivery reports to the appropriate stakeholders.
  6. Transfer completed tasks.
  7. Stakeholders both inside and outside the company should be contacted to guarantee that all service requests are met on time.
  8. Reporting, forms, and documentation.
  9. Close communication with customers to guarantee that product quality meets demand.
