Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to questions from customers via phone and email about your products and brand with knowledge.
  2. Assist customers with online orders.
  3. Back office order processing and communication with logistics.
  4. Follow up on orders and communicate with clients, including those in retail, repair services, and buyers, etc.
  5. Follow up on every client request to make sure the company offers the best customer support possible.
  6. Using our CRM solutions, manage continuous customer interactions.
  7. Become the go-to person for customer questions about our goods and brand.
  8. Strong background in e-commerce.
  9. Must be a sales-focused individual.
  10. Quick learner with the capacity to quickly.
  11.  Thoroughly acquire information about the background, products, and communications/advertising strategy of our brand.

         Salary
 N61,000 monthly net plus other benefits (Leave Allowance, HMO, Data, Airtime, Pension, etc).
