Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to questions from customers via phone and email about your products and brand with knowledge.
- Assist customers with online orders.
- Back office order processing and communication with logistics.
- Follow up on orders and communicate with clients, including those in retail, repair services, and buyers, etc.
- Follow up on every client request to make sure the company offers the best customer support possible.
- Using our CRM solutions, manage continuous customer interactions.
- Become the go-to person for customer questions about our goods and brand.
- Strong background in e-commerce.
- Must be a sales-focused individual.
- Quick learner with the capacity to quickly.
- Thoroughly acquire information about the background, products, and communications/advertising strategy of our brand.
Salary
N61,000 monthly net plus other benefits (Leave Allowance, HMO, Data, Airtime, Pension, etc).
