Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. In charge of posting on all social media channels (Facebook, Tiktok, WhatsApp, Snapchat, and Instagram).
  2. You may give the payment confirmation team your order report in order to verify payment. Given the workload and customers you will be serving every day, you are currently not permitted to confirm payment.
  3. Every day, you are required to record all of the customer’s contact information. You must submit all of your docs on Google Sheets or Excel every week.
  4. The unit responsible for payment confirmation must process each order.
  5. Keep track of all interactions with customers, complete their orders, and file the required paperwork.
  6. Meet phone handling quotas and personal/customer service team sales targets.
  7. Organize a lot of incoming phone calls.
  8. Build a sales pipeline.
  9. Determine and evaluate.
