Job Description

  • 1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • 2. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • 3. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • 4. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • 5. Generate sales leads.
  • 6. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • 7. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • 8. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • 9. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • 10. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
