JOB SUMMARY

 

DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Customer Service Intern. The successful candidate will manage phoneand email correspondence with partners, vendors, clients, prospects, leads andcandidates. He or she must be tech-savvy and be a fast learner, willing toquickly learn multiple software tools and adapt to a fast-paced technologyenvironment. Educational requirement is an HND or BSc in English/MassComm/Linguistics/Communication and Language Arts or equivalent from a Nigerianuniversity or polytechnic. This is an internship role that will lead tofull-time position, so we will accept applications from Pre-NYSC, NYSC andPost-NYSC candidates. JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of First Degree in English/Mass Comm/Linguistics/Communication and Language Arts or equivalent from a Nigerian university or polytechnic.
  • Minimum of second-class lower degree.

 

SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy, above-average experience with MS Word and Excel,  as well as willingness to quickly adapt to a technology fast-paced environment.
  • Fast learner and excellent can-do attitude to work.
  • Great persuasive and inter-personal skills.
  • Willingness to learn some data crunching and visualizations.
  • Basic experience in manual and digital sorting or filing.

 

PREFERRED

  • Good experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Sales experience
  • Some experience with CRM tools
