Job Description
Responsibilities:
- As a customer service representative, you would assist with sales, address complaints, respond to inquiries, and up- and cross-sell to clients (walk-in and on-line).
- Developing the customer service policies.
- Addressing any consumer complaints regarding products or services.
- Maintaining accurate records of the clients.
- Maintaining and frequently updating the customer’s information
- Giving clients the best answer possible to their questions.
- Experience as a client service representative or in customer assistance.
- Excellent phone contact management and active listening abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM procedures and systems.
- Customer-centeredness and the capacity to respond to and adapt to various character types.
- Excellent presenting and communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and successfully manage time.
- Prior employment in the confectionery industry.
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly
