  • At all times, keep a positive, sympathetic, and professional approach toward the consumer.
  • Use a variety of avenues to reach out to your clients.
  • Customer inquiries should be handled swiftly.
  • Recognize and address client grievances.
  • Take note of and evaluate consumer feedback.
  • Deliver details on the services the organization offers.
  • Ensure client happiness and offer competent client assistance.


  • B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline.
  • Candidate must at least have 1 – 2 years customer service work experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM system and practices.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer service skills.
