- Ensure client happiness and offer competent client assistance.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline.
- Candidate must at least have 1 – 2 years customer service work experience.
- Familiarity with CRM system and practices.
- Excellent Communication and Customer service skills.
