Customer service representative 

 

Job location: Okota

Term of employment: Full  time job

Salary: N45,000

Reports To: The supervisor

Job Overview

The customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product service information answer questions and resolve every emerging issues that customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Closing sales that will develop into return customers and new customers.
  • Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

·      sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

·      ing personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

 

Job Requirement

  • Must be a good team player
  • Must possess good character traits and personality 
  • Must have atleast 2 years experience as a customer service representative

·       to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

·       orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

·      Must have excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Must have at least OND
  • Must live within Okota/Ago/Isolo and environs
  • Must not be above 26 years of age
