Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Attending to customer queries through calls and email.
  2. Attending to customer complaint through calls and email.
  3. Provide assistance base on partnership and vendor request.
  4. Customers feedback regards products and services.
  5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  6. Inputting customer enrolment issue on the appropriate sheet for resolution where needs is require.
  7. Attending to customer queries on Reward App an escalating where necessary.
  8. Provide needed assistance to the customer service executives at various stores.
  9. Provide marketing support when required.
  10. Prepare report base on calls and email.
  11. Prepare weekly and monthly report on calls and email.
