Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Register parcels, process customer collections and keep updated customer records
  2. Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
  3. Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
  4. Escalate all exceptions for resolution
  5. Manage and track parcels sent on daily basis.
  6. Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
  7. Processing orders and transactions. 
  8. Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems. 
  9. Delivering information about a company’s offerings. 
  10. Providing proactive customer outreach.
