- Responsibilities:
- Register parcels, process customer collections and keep updated customer records
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
- Escalate all exceptions for resolution
- Manage and track parcels sent on daily basis.
- Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
- Processing orders and transactions.
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
- Providing proactive customer outreach.
