Job Description


  1. Taking care of clients' needs and providing timely, high-quality service.
  2. Addressing inquiries regarding the company's goods and services.
  3. Aggressive customer outreach and dissemination of offerings-related information.
  4. Competent handling of consumer complaints and offering of solutions that meet their requirements.
  5. Executing regular financial tasks such calculating, confirming, and reporting accounts receivable data.
  6. To make sure the accounting system shows the right transactions, payments must be reconciled.
  7. Make sure customers receive prompt responses to all inquiries, and ask for feedback on the services they received to improve them.
  8. Produce and maintain reports.
