Responsibilities
- Taking care of clients' needs and providing timely, high-quality service.
- Addressing inquiries regarding the company's goods and services.
- Aggressive customer outreach and dissemination of offerings-related information.
- Competent handling of consumer complaints and offering of solutions that meet their requirements.
- Executing regular financial tasks such calculating, confirming, and reporting accounts receivable data.
- To make sure the accounting system shows the right transactions, payments must be reconciled.
- Make sure customers receive prompt responses to all inquiries, and ask for feedback on the services they received to improve them.
- Produce and maintain reports.
