We are looking for a customer support executive with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. You will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.
Customer Support Executive Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Direct customers to online resources
• Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
• Pitch ideas for improving customer care
• Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
• Develop a rapport with customers
Customer Support Executive Requirements and Qualifications
• HND or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years’ of experience using Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of office equipment
• Previous experience in customer support or similar administrative and managerial role is an added advantage.
