Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Assist consumers with using computers, software, and the internet.
  2. Respond to clients who receive error messages when downloading files, visiting websites, or sending emails.
  3. At computer terminals, monitor customer time and charges while maintaining daily records.
  4. Keep the workspace tidy and clean by wiping off the tables and computer stations.
  5. Use the photocopier, laminator, and other printing equipment available at the cybercafé.
  6. Learn how to use the various software, picture, and video equipment at the media centers.
