Responsibilities
- Assist consumers with using computers, software, and the internet.
- Respond to clients who receive error messages when downloading files, visiting websites, or sending emails.
- At computer terminals, monitor customer time and charges while maintaining daily records.
- Keep the workspace tidy and clean by wiping off the tables and computer stations.
- Use the photocopier, laminator, and other printing equipment available at the cybercafé.
- Learn how to use the various software, picture, and video equipment at the media centers.
