Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with computer, application, and internet use.
- Respond to customers who receive error messages while visiting websites, sending emails, or downloading content.
- Keep daily records and track customers’ time and charges at computer terminals.
- Keep the computer areas and tables clean, and the premises neat and tidy.
- Use the cybercafé’s printing equipment, such as the photocopier, laminating machine, and printers.
- Learn to use and operate various media center equipment, such as cameras and video editing software.
Requirements
- Intercultural communication skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Professionalism and reliability.
- Prior experience is required.
Monthly Net Salary: 25,000 with staff lunch
