Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Track each BDM team’s and each BD’s sales success quantitatively through the analysis of sales data from the Platform’s system, as well as the process of achieving targets.
- Daily sales target achievement progress is shared and tracked for each region, each BDM team, and each BD hourly. Timely cautions are sent to BDs and BDMs who exhibit poor performance.
- Every day, keep an eye on how each BD executes the standardized visits and sales plan.
- Publicize and demand rectification for BDs that do not adhere to the norms or who do not punch their sign in in accordance with the standard action requirements.
- Analyze the weekly report data, focusing on the sales target accomplishments and any gaps for each BDM team and each territory.
- Creating and maintaining databases and data systems, which includes resolving coding issues and other data-related issues.
- Reorganizing the data after it has been mined from primary and secondary sources so that it can be read by both humans and machines.
- Analyzing data sets with statistical techniques, paying close attention to trends and patterns that could be helpful for efforts at diagnostic and prescriptive analytics
- Highlighting the importance of their work in light of regional, societal, and international developments that have an impact on their business and sector.
- Creating executive leadership reports that use pertinent data to communicate trends, patterns, and projections.
- Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and corporate leaders to find process improvement possibilities, suggest system changes, and create data governance policies.
