Job Description


  1. Print out schedules and update on assigned jobs
  2. Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders etc
  3. Update ERP
  4. Type in data provided directly from Department and Customers
  5. Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  6. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  7. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  8. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Requirements and Skills

  1. BSc or HND in any related field.
  2. 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
  3. Proven experience in data entry is mandatory.
  4. Fast typing skills.
  5. Computer savvy; Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
  6. Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  7. Basic understanding of databases.
  8. Good communication and customer service skills.
  9. Great attention to detail.
