Provide technical direction and oversight of project technical activities, which include value chain partnerships, access to finance, agricultural policy, agri-nutrition training and behavior change, communications, access to markets, and business development services, among others.
Manage technical staff (20+) across multiple project offices providing guidance and oversight and ensuring achievement of activities and results.
Ensure integration across the five technical components while promoting team collaboration towards timely completion of milestone deliverables.
Lead project technical reporting and project communications and ensure the timely submissions of project quarterly and annual reports.
Lead the development of KCDMS private sector partnerships, including the design and implementation of activities.
Oversee implementation of grantees (100+) and their timely submission of deliverables through activity completion and required reporting.
