The DPA-P is responsible for overseeing the development and review of program strategies in line with CARE’s Long Term Strategic Plan in Chad within a complex political, economic environment. He / she manages a team of professionals focused on the design, funding, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of multiple donors, a wide range of multisectoral programs, including health, food security and resilience. livelihoods, water and sanitation, social protection, education and community development interventions. The combined impact of these programs should effectively address the underlying causes of poverty and be aligned with CARE’s programming principles.
