Digital Marketing Officer – DMO221
- Prepare and carry out all digital marketing strategies, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
- Create, develop, and keep up our social media presence.
- By serving as a contact and brand face to prospective clients and customers, project a positive brand image.
- Inform customers about the variety of goods and services available. Offer assistance in determining their needs and recommendations for suitable product and service bundles.
- Report on performance on a weekly and monthly basis across all social media platforms.
- Keep complete records and databases of all campaigns.
- familiar with the necessary design tools (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
- good familiarity with website analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- the capacity to perform under duress and with minimal guidance
