MEL Framework, Planning and Implementation: Oversees theÿdevelopment and implementation of Pathfinder?s MEL strategy andÿrelated policies, guidelines and standard procedures for monitoring,ÿevaluation and learning projects. Leads the department to developÿeffective MEL plans, design and implement MEL systems, provideÿquality assurance for MEL activities and data, and contribute MELÿplans for project proposals (including development of illustrativeÿindicators, targets, and baseline information).
