Job Description
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of items and documents to clients, customers, or other stakeholders
- Plan and prioritize delivery routes to ensure timely delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and expenses
- Performing routine inspection and maintenance checks on the motorcycle to ensure it is in good condition, also to ensure its safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and safety standards at all times
- Reporting any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintaining good communication with the dispatch center to ensure smooth coordination of deliveries. Always collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery operations
- Attend training sessions to improve job skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
1. Must possess a valid motorcycle rider's license.
2. Minimum OND Holder
3. Minimum of 2 years experience as a dispatch rider.
4. Good knowledge of the city road networks and routes.
5. Ability to read maps and follow directions.
6. Good communication skills to interact with clients and dispatch center.
7. Ability to work under pressure and deliver packages within the agreed timeframe.
8. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
