Ensure that the vehicle is refuelled;
Ensure their safety as well as that of the personnel or passengers (visitors) on board;
Have a logbook and record all movements of the vehicle as well as passengers and goods transported;
Respect the IUCN procedures, in terms of vehicle use and in the event of an accident.
