Oversee the technical implementation of ECD activities to ensure program quality and transparency and Supervise the delivery of all ECD activities and services, Design and develop strategies for delivering ECD activities to support community level outreach and work, Analyze technical gaps and project impact at the facility and community level, Timely identification and discussion of ECD related project issues with Project Manager.
