● You will manage the technical and budget management, monitoring and reporting activities during most of the project cycle – start-up, implementation and closure – in line with CRS quality principles and standards, donor requirements. funds and good practices.

● Effectively manage skills and supervise. Manage team dynamics and employee well-being. Coach, strategically adapt individual development plans and manage the performance of directly supervised employees.

● Ensure that learning accompanies project activities throughout the project cycle. Assist in accountability by coordinating project evaluation activities, in accordance with MEAL policy. Proactively identify issues, report them to guide adjustments to implementation plans and schedules.

● Establish and strengthen partnerships corresponding to the construction and rehabilitation of school infrastructure projects, with appropriate application of the concepts, tools and approaches of the partnership.

● Represent the organization to donors, international NGO working groups, United Nations, relevant local partners and relevant local government and community actors in the field of education and school infrastructure programs.

● Coordinate the activities necessary to have the financial, material and human resources necessary for a quality implementation of the project. Conduct periodic budget reviews and verify with partners the timeliness of financial reporting to facilitate proper monitoring of resource use.

● Identify staff capacity needs and technical assistance needs of partner organizations and contribute to capacity building and interventions needed to support the implementation of quality projects.

● Assisted in the preparation of trend analysis reports and disseminated the results. Study the project documentation to verify that the project file is complete, with all the requested documents and that it is classified according to the requirements of the agency and the funder.
