Job Description
1. Ensure the finalization of the development / contextualization of the legal framework for the integration of Education in Sexual and Reproductive Health or Comprehensive Education in Sexuality in the TVET sub-sector;
2. Lead the development of educational tools for the integration of ECS / ESSR in the host disciplines: training plans for trainers and training modules for teachers and trainers of trainers (educational supervisors and ENSET teachers) – Adaptation of training modules for supervisors and parents – Updating of self-training tools for existing teachers;
3. Strengthen the capacities of personnel in ECS / ESSR: young leaders, teachers, supervisory personnel, trainers of trainers of administrative supervisory personnel and managers of PTAs;
4. Develop the campaign mock-up and the staff end-of-training report;
5. Coordinate the experimentation of the ECS curriculum for TVET: implementation, monitoring and evaluation;
