  5. Organizing training to advance employee expertise and prepare them for future organizational expansion.
  6. Conducting talent management studies to enhance the company’s business operations.
  7. Giving advice on business architecture and system processing.
  8. Ensuring the organization’s objectives are supported, secure, and efficient.
  9. Developing compliance architectural techniques for data storage, metadata management, and change management.
  10. Choosing and putting into practice build versus purchase techniques, coaching staff, and perspectives on the overall business plan.
