The ED will maintain effective and appropriate staff recruitment, induction, appraisal, remuneration and development practices at all levels to ensure the optimum utilisation and development of our human resources.
You will develop and manage all programme staff. At the same time, he/she will take care to promote a gender balance in the organisation and ensure that appropriate investments are made in staff development
