Job Description

  • Be the point-of-contact for all customer matters
  • Where appropriate, serve in a non-executive support capacity on customers’ boards
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting B2B client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements (new KUMBAYA consulting engagements etc.) to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer key stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of KUMBAYA solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to KUMBAYA and customer stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet commercial targets
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts etc.)
  • Prepare reports on customer account status (e.g. pre-launch progression status etc.)
  • Employ strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
