Job Description
Responsible for providing support related to extension of the Scheme activities while working hand in hand with the Farmers and the KCGL operations team. Provide a general understanding of the overall Farm work plan for each season. Implementation of all agreed and prepared work plans being completed by the Farmers. Coordinate farmer trainings, extension services and other activities. This will include delivery of all modules in class, field practical and factory visits. Assist with the implementation of environmental Management plan.
