Job Description


  • Budgetary forecasting, oversight, and execution for facilities.
  • general control over everyday activities, ensuring that all client needs are met in accordance with SLAs and organizational quality standards.
  • monitoring the facility's equipment's use and upkeep.
  • ensuring proper facility equipment use and proactive maintenance.
  • coordination and management of all site support personnel, such as those in charge of cleaning, maintenance, and security.
  • the application and oversight of health and safety regulations.
  • preserve friendly interactions with both internal and external clients.


  • a B.Sc. at the very least in estate management or a closely connected discipline
  • 3 years or more of documented experience in a comparable position.
  • An advantage is having knowledge of how to use facilities management software.
  • membership in IFMA, IFWM, or ESVARBON for professionals.
  • experience with billing, collecting payments, and enforcing service rules.
  • Being FMP certified is advantageous.
  • excellent ability to prioritize work and manage time.
  • good numerical abilities.
  • good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • high levels of interpersonal abilities
  • decent report writing abilities.
