Responsibilties
- Budgetary forecasting, oversight, and execution for facilities.
- general control over everyday activities, ensuring that all client needs are met in accordance with SLAs and organizational quality standards.
- monitoring the facility's equipment's use and upkeep.
- ensuring proper facility equipment use and proactive maintenance.
- coordination and management of all site support personnel, such as those in charge of cleaning, maintenance, and security.
- the application and oversight of health and safety regulations.
- preserve friendly interactions with both internal and external clients.
Requirements
- a B.Sc. at the very least in estate management or a closely connected discipline
- 3 years or more of documented experience in a comparable position.
- An advantage is having knowledge of how to use facilities management software.
- membership in IFMA, IFWM, or ESVARBON for professionals.
- experience with billing, collecting payments, and enforcing service rules.
- Being FMP certified is advantageous.
- excellent ability to prioritize work and manage time.
- good numerical abilities.
- good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- outstanding written and verbal communication.
- high levels of interpersonal abilities
- decent report writing abilities.
