Job Description
- Managing daily operations of production, administration, sales and accounts departments
- Maintain daily workplace discipline
- Timely preparing and submitting of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management
- Ensuring that Health and Safety of our products are maintained
- Provide adequate training to enable workers equipped with knowledge of our products
- Monitoring animal health and welfare, including liaising with vets
- Arranging the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment
- Making sure that products are ready for deadlines, such as auctions and markets
- Analyzing farm financial information and summarizing financial status
- Creating, compiling and controlling material and labor budgets for the section
