Responsibilites:
- Proposed Designs' Draping
- design and design detail sketches.
- Investigate and develop new designs utilizing a variety of textiles.
- Identifying trimmings and accessories to go with the suggested designs
- Make careful to check whether the basic materials needed for each unique design are available.
- efficient while choosing materials, hues, patterns, and combinations for production.
- Reduce waste by using leftover fabric in inventive ways.
- In order to make the accessories for the produced clothes, coordinate with raw materials and outside merchants.
- possesses extensive knowledge of many textiles and their unique complexities as they relate to designing, notably for women's clothing (male wear is an added advantage).
- Recognize the concepts and design of bridal clothing.
- loves and comprehends wearing children.
- Complete any additional tasks imposed by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of similar experience with a bachelor's degree or HND in fashion design, merchandising, art, or a related discipline
- proficiency with digital illustrations
- Portfolio of prior work Comprehensive knowledge of fashion, design, and the fashion industry
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and use time wisely with accuracy and precision
- self-driven and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
- A keen sense of style is essential for this position.
