Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and manage account receivables and payables.
  2. Prepare audit schedules and documents for Yearly Audits.
  3. Compute and remit all statutory payments when due; PAYE, WHT, VAT, ITF etc.
  4. Payments to vendors, supervise the processing of staff claims and advances.
  5. Build relationships in and work closely with relevant government parastatals to make payments and contributions as appropriate.
  6. Maintain an accurate record of all cash transactions.
  7. Support the Operation steam in updating and managing vendor contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  8. Reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
  9. Managing all financial operations to achieve the company’s financial goals.
  10. Monitor income and expenditure with the use of accounting software.
  11. Maintain a detailed record of all financial transactions.
  12. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  13. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
