Maintains accounts general ledgers.
Processes monthly payroll.
Remits taxes and pensions.
Prepares quarterly management accounts for management and the Council, to include P&L, Balance Sheet and analysis of variances.
Undertakes general office administration.
Takes an active role in managing procurement processes.
Carries out human resources functions.
Advises and proposes to management organizational improvements.
Makes full use of the Customer Relationship Management system.
Develops professional networks.
