1. Produce and submit a monthly financial report to project managers for decision making.
2. Review budget codes for project activities to ensure validity of accounts and transaction codes.
3. Coordinate and ensure that all payments made to suppliers, government (taxes, IRPP / TS, CNPS, etc.) through new tools (GEMS, Provision, OMNI …) are made in a timely manner in order to maintain good relations with partners.
4. Regularly analyze all balance sheet accounts to have a fair and controllable amount under each account.
5. Consolidate and submit monthly the project funding request in order to avoid a shortage of funds for the programs intended to carry out their activities.
