Finance Manager- FMC212

1. You are a member of the SMT (senior management team) and you contribute to the definition of the mission strategy.
2. You are a business expert and you supervise the bookkeeping, cash management and budget management of the mission. You are in charge of building the mission’s annual budget as well as financial analysis and producing alerts when necessary.
3. You are responsible for implementing the collective rules and communicating internally, promoting and ensuring collaboration and financial coordination with the partners of the mission. Finally, you must prevent and manage situations of fraud and corruption
4. You are a Manager, able to communicate effectively, to give vision to the employees of your division (hierarchical team in the capital and on the bases) and to support them on a daily basis without losing sight of the strategic vision. You are responsible for building the capacity of your team.
