Ensure compliance with Search procedures, as well as donors;
Ensure payment of invoices on time, following payment schedules;
Prepare and execute all payments by check, bank transfers, cash
Establish tax and social declarations, and ensure payment within the legal deadline;
Ensure that all payments are supported by adequate documentation and ensure their classification;
Manage the base bank account
Ensure the management of the base’s petty cash
Ensure the daily recording of accounting operations in the Intacct software;
