Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Level: OND/NCE
Job Field: Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures the unit or agency meets its production budget through effective and efficient selling.
- Ensures that the production and profitability budget of the Unit is achieved.
- Ensures company image is protected and enhanced in all activities.
- Develops and maintains a strong relationship with policyholders, managers, and colleagues.
Qualification, Skills & Experience
- Minimum of OND
- Applicants must reside in Ibadan
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
Job Title: Unit Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Field: Administration / Secretarial
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train financial planners for the Unit.
- Ensures that the production and profitability budget of the Unit is achieved.
- Participates in the financial planners’ recruitment process for the Agency.
- Supports the Unit financial planners in closing business and general sales activities.
- Prepares agreed unit reports and submit to the Agency Manager.
- Engages in marketing to meet the personal target
Qualification, Skills &Experience
- B.Sc / HND in any discipline from a recognized institution
- A great flair for marketing
- A minimum of 2 -5 years post-graduation working career in any Financial institution
- Must Reside in Ibadan.
Job Title:Agency Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Field: Administration / Secretarial
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train financial planners for the Unit.

Salary Structure
Basic salary with commission
