Job Description
Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
Process customer complaints patiently
Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs
Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
Adhere to food, health and safety standards
Plan, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
Design attractive menus
Develop a relationship with regular customers
Follow food and safety regulations
Assist with marketing events
Create restaurant policies
Designing delicious and attractive menus and continuously making improvements.
Compile and send sales report to management for review.
Liaising with government agencies.
Keeping the staff updated on the latest trends in the food and beverage sectors.
Ensuring the predetermined quality of dishes and services offered to guests is maintained.
Maintain an inventory for all food and bi monthly liquor
Ensure compliance to all company rules in pertinent areas.
Monitor all local sanitation and healthcare systems to satisfy customers.
Maintain an inventory for all food and bi monthly liquor.
Analyse and utilize various management tools to update expenses and fix bi-weekly wages for Food & Beverage Department.
