Job Description
· Organizeand structure the food & beverage department.
· Assure asmooth F&B operation with high standards of product and service delivery.
· Enhanceinternal/external relations.
· Facilitatehuman resource development through communication and training.
Requirements: Possession of an OND, HND or first degree froma Hotel or Catering School or in any other relevant field of study. A minimumof 7 years’ work experience in a similar department in a Hotel, 3 of which mustbe at a supervisor level and above. Knowledge of computer applications isrequired.
