DelonJobs is seeking to hire (5) Front End Engineer (Web) for a leading travel company in Nigeria who will be responsible for building and translating UI/UX designs and wireframes into interactive User Interface and Experience on the Web. Interested candidates must possess a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Salary is N9,000,000 – N16,000,000. Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
2. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
3. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
4. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
5. Collaborate with other team members to build state of the art solutions.
6. Develop user-interface for web and ensure responsiveness on mobile devices.
7. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
8. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
9. Ensuring high performance on mobile and Web.
10. Writing tested JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
11. Collaborate with the back-end developer in the process of building API.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
2. Strong understanding and knowledge of Angular framework with advanced knowledge of scalability and performance.
3. Strong understanding and knowledge of ReactJS.
4. Excellent understanding of responsive mobile design.
5. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility.
6. Keen understanding of UX design principles, particularly material designs.
7. Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
8. Proficient with writing unit tests.
9. Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
10. Knack for writing clean, readable code.
11. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools e.g., Git.
12. Familiarity with continuous integration.
13. Experience using Azure DevOps.
14. Familiarity with cloud platforms preferably Microsoft Azure.
