Job Description


  1. Interview staff and train staff.
  2. Coach store team to perform in a professional engaging manner and lead by example.
  3. Set and meet team sales objectives.
  4. Oversee inventory counts and daily stock checks.
  5. Weekly track and analyze sales volume and revenue.
  6. Daily ensure that the workplace is clean and conducive.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
  8. Track, analyze and develop marketing plans.
  9. Track referral sources.
  10. Monitor, analyze and communicate staff/provide sales performance.
  11. Attend business development seminars.
  12. Plan events from initiation to execution in concert with the C.E.O.
  13. Work with the photographer in generating images and videos.
  14. Ensure images and videos are available for official use.
  15. Prepare space for events.
  16. Manage event RSVP list.
  17. Attend and actively participate in required meetings.
  18. Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
  19. Prepare requisition list.
