Energy Talent Company invites talented young graduates for a 2-year paid program in Nigeria. The Graduate Solar Engineer Trainee program is designed to train and equip young STEM graduates with the relevant skills and knowledge base for a successful career in the Nigerian solar industry.
Energy Talent Company will up-skill promising graduates for the energy industry and provide job placements with reputable Solar companies. Our program offers a blend of rigorous online and offline hands-on sessions, including internships with top solar companies across Nigeria. Successful talents will continue to receive training and professional development for a maximum of two years after job placement.
Energy Talent Company is committed to transforming the African economy in the next three decades, through the development of high-quality professional energy talents that will lead the energy access transformation in Africa.
Requirements
– A graduate from any of these disciplines: Mechanical engineering, Physics, Architecture, and related fields to the electrical and electronics industry.
– Residence in any state in Nigeria
– Should be between age 18 and 35
– Completed NYSC
