Partnering with hiring managers and clients to determine staffing needs
• posting job advert on different online platforms to attract the best talent
Screening and shortlisting CV
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Analyze job requirements with clients, identify clients’ needs according to discussion with clients
• Assist with job requisitions/job description development
• Collaborate with clients’ recruiting team to continually improve processes and experience.
