In the Graphic Designer role at AWWJ, you’ll work hard, have lots of responsibility, and make a big impact on our continued success.
This is a full-time position – remotely – work from home.
It is crucial that you have the following

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities:
- Design shopper engagement tools from the idea phase to beautiful, fully designed compositions
- Brainstorm ways to improve the shopping experience – leading to greater conversion rates – for the billions of shoppers that interact with AWWJ on our clients’ sites
- Refine and optimize designs to improve the performance of existing profitable concepts
- Ideate and design engaging marketing content including case studies, product introductions, blog posts, whitepapers, business presentations, and infographics
- Contribute to the evolution of our website
About You:
- You live and breathe design and creativity; you probably spent a lot of your childhood doodling, perhaps even designed t-shirts for your high school band
- You have a strong desire to collaborate, iterate quickly, and continually improve
- Choosing to become a graphic designer wasn’t really a career choice — it was simply you continuing what you’re naturally motivated to do
- Bad typography makes you cringe
- Colour palettes that look wrong irritate you
- A single pixel misalignment makes you twitch
- You know how to make interactions “feel” right
- You care deeply about aesthetics and sweat the details, while delivering projects on time
- You’re creative, energetic, upbeat, and enjoy working in a talented team
- You’re quick to lend a hand wherever necessary, especially when it gives you the opportunity to learn a new skill
- You’re a collaborative problem solver who approaches work with a “yes, and…” attitude
Technical Skills / Must Haves:
- 1+ years of graphic design experience
- A knack for beautiful design and aesthetics
- Expertise with Adobe CC
Assets: / Nice to Haves:
- HTML/CSS experience
- Copywriting experience
- Interest or background in marketing and/or consumer psychology
