Job Summary: 

 Delonjobs is helping a tier-1 bank in Nigeria to high multiple candidates for the role of Group IT Subsidiaries Support Manager to Supervise and Monitor all critical applications Bank wise. To liaise with the various Subsidiaries and enable each country office deliver on their set objectives. Also, Serve as a liaison between the countries /Subsidiaries and the Group office. Candidates must possess a MBA/MSC First degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Operational sciences or (any other discipline with strong Information Systems component and/or relevant IT Service Management certification. Candidates must also possess a minimum of 6 – 8 years IT Operations experience in a technology environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Subsidiaries in accomplishing their set objectives.
  • Carry out all suggested response actions to faults raised by the Subsidiaries,
  • Generate and send Subsidiaries Update Reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as may be required.
  • Monitor device thresholds and alert the various teams involved.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead, NOC
