Job Summary 

DelonJobs is helping a tier-1 bank in Nigeria to hire multipleGroup IT Subsidiaries Support Specialist (Technical Support) to liase with the various Subsidiaries and enable each country office deliver on their set objectives. Serve as a liaison between the countries /Subsidiaries and the Group office. This includes maintaining Database patches, configuration and Database programs and systems. We require Minimum of 6 – 8 years IT Operations experience in a technology environment and first degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Operational sciences or (any other discipline with strong Information Systems component and/or relevant IT Service Management certification). ITIL certifications will be an added advantage. Salary is negotiable. Job Description

Qualification and Requirements

• First degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operational sciences or (any other discipline with strong Information Systems component and/or relevant IT Service Management certification)
• Minimum of 6 – 8 years IT Operations experience in a technology environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Subsidiaries in accomplishing their set objectives.
• Carry out all suggested response actions to faults raised by the Subsidiaries,
• Generate and send Subsidiaries Update   Reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as may be required.
• Monitor device thresholds and alert the various teams involved.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead, NOC.
