The successful candidate will oversee the organizations sales and marketing programs and craft strategic sales and marketing strategy. The Group Sales and Marketing Manager shall be responsible with setting up a departmental sub-function within the broader organizational function and create functional strategies and specific objectives for the marketing sub-function. He/she will be responsible for establishing sales territories and quotas, manage budgets and evaluate performance of the sales team. The candidate will develop and manage marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support and online promotions.
