Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers
  2. handling and resolving client problems
  3. Utilizing a computer system, sell goods and take orders from customers.
  4. Determine problems and inform supervisors about them.
  5. Customers should receive product and service information.
  6. With the resources at your disposal, conduct the necessary research
  7. Investigate, cite, and address consumer concerns using the most appropriate software
  8. Process orders, applications, and forms.
  9. Send calls to the proper resources.
  10. Record every call’s details in accordance with standard operating practices.
  11. Recognize, record, and inform management of any patterns in client calls.
